FIVE - OF - FIVE

Last night Sweets and I celebrated Cinco de Mayo Day with some yummy food. 
Mexican style corn
Tres Leches cupcakes
the whole enchilada
 We ate corn on the cob smothered in a cream sauce and rolled in cojita cheese, creamy chicken taquitos topped with green salsa, black beans cooked in EVOO and spices, virgin lime-mint mojitos and then we ended our scrumptious meal with Tres Leches cupcakes! It was super tasty and a casual way to celebrate the 5th of May.
