It has been awhile, sad and embarrassing to say, since I have truly worked my body out. Yes, I can run here and there or bike, swim, play tennis etc. but I have yet to really put my body to the test. The weather we have had lately has been a little, dare I say unpredictable?! It has been cold, windy, rainy, snowy, cold again, cloudy and barely warm. Its quite confusing. I usually LOVE the cold! But not this year dealing with my A.S.. It has since robbed me of my joints and the pain is too excruciating! As summer is starting to rear is wonderful little face, I now find it superb weather to actually workout outside. I can comfortably go outside letting the sun beat against me and feel warm while doing all of my activities. YAY! I can't wait to get out there and kick some serious exercise butt! I willingly am signed up to be sore...I love feeling like I actually did something that pushed my limits. Bring it on!

r to the belt and not worry about poking yourself as you pin your number to your shirt. This is so convenient to buckle around your waist especially if doing a triathlon and don't have time to switch the number from jersey to jersey.
I really am a fan of these blocks. The cran-razz is my personal favorite. I love to take them on my bike rides and definitely find them helpful when I need to refuel my body. They are packaged in such a way that you can easily access them without stopping or creating a mess.
