Heaven in the Hills

Sweets and I, along with our close friends Mark and Sian, took a quick but much needed vacation to Sun Valley for the weekend! It was so much fun to hang out together and enjoy the beatutiful weather and scenery. We accomplished quite a bit in our short amount of time and loved every minute of it!

Weston and I rode in the BCRD century ride early Saturday morning. It was a perfect day to ride our bikes. We had a slight detour during the ride because of a sheep herding fest, but it wasn't enough to hold us back.

After the ride we met up with Mark and Sian and cruised around on the cruisers through town and through the resort. We ate lots of yummy food at the Burger Grill and Smokey Mountain Pizza. We of course had to follow it up with raspberry shakes from the Foundry.

We watched part of the U.S.A soccer game and part of the England game in which we were disappointed by the outcomes. SO SAD! Anyway, we watched the new Alice in Wonderland and thought we all went crazy and that it was a figure of our imagination ... but then realized that the movie was in fact totally weird and we were normal. WHEW! We were so pooped from our go-go-go- weekend that we just had to take a breather and rest!
